O2 is offering the Sony Xperia Z smartphone for a cut price for a limited period, as part of its summer Flash Sale.
The waterproof smartphone is up for grabs in black or purple at £27 per month, under the terms of the promotion which is set to end June 12th.
That gets you free phone, plus 600 minutes, 750Mb of mobile data per month and unlimited texts.
As well as being equipped to survive a dip in the drink, the Xperia Z's USPs take in a full HD Reality Display fashioned from robust glass and with the same BRAVIA Engine technology you find in Sony TVs.
A 13-megapixel fast capture camera with an Exmor R lens for low-light conditions is also on board the Android 4.1-powered handset, as is a Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core 1.5 Ghz processor and 2GB RAM.
Internal storage comes in at 16GB. But there's scope to boost this up to 32GB by adding a microSD card.
